How do I make a purchase?

There are several ways to browse Au Départ Paris Online Store.

You may explore a few products on the Home Page, where you only need to click on them to see the collection. Click on one of them and you will be linked to the specific product page.

Or, you can click on the Burger menu to choose what category explore.

Once you have found an item, select the colour option (when available) and use the “Add To Bag” button underneath.

Review the items in your shopping bag by select the “View Bag” link.

From the Shopping Bag you can add or remove items.

Click on “Checkout” to complete your order.

How many units of each product may I purchase on audepart.com?

You may purchase up to three items per style depending on the availability. In case of you need more, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@audepart.com.

How do I know if a product is available and how long it will take to be delivered?

The website provides information on item’s availability directly on the product page. Products are not available when they have the ‘Sold out’ bottom underneath. 

Time shipping is up to country reference. We offer different shipping options to meet your needs, please visit our "General conditions" for further details.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been concluded, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. After that, when products will be ready to be delivered, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

How can I book an appointment for trunks section?

Book an appointment with us is very easy: visit the “Trunks” section on the Menu, then choose between Ladies & Gentlemen or Music and Games departments. At the bottom of the page, click on ‘Book An Appointment”, and fill the form with your personal information. Our team will be happy to keep in touch with you.

Pre-order

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.

Mixed order consisting of currently available and pre-order items: the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees

Order consisting of pre-order items with different delivery dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.

How can I cancel my order?

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.

How can I cancel my pre-order?

You can cancel a pre-order by filling the form in "Contact Us" page: howewer, when the pre-ordered item is ready to be delivered, it is not possible to cancel the pre-order anymore.
